GOTS Certification
What GOTS certification means and how we choose the cotton we use.
Last updated: 14 February 2026
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the most widely-recognised certification for organic textiles. It covers the entire supply chain — from the cotton field to the finished garment — and audits for ecological and social criteria.
What the certification covers
- At least 95% certified organic fibres in the finished product
- No toxic dyes, formaldehyde or heavy metals
- Wastewater treatment and chemical management at every processing site
- Fair labour conditions across the supply chain
Our sourcing
We source from GOTS-aligned mills in India and choose suppliers who can document their chain of custody. We are working towards a fully GOTS-certified line and will update this page as new ranges launch.
Why it matters for babies
Newborn skin is up to 30% thinner than adult skin and absorbs more easily. Choosing fabric processed without harsh chemistry is one of the simplest ways to reduce irritation.
