Returns & Refund Policy
Eligibility, timelines, and the opening-video requirement for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This policy covers all purchases from www.nivaranest.com. By ordering, you accept these terms.
1. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video to qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds. The video should display the sealed package, the unboxing process without edits, and the product with visible tags. Claims raised without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
All of the following conditions must be met:
- Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and packaging remain intact
- Valid opening video provided
- Product passes internal quality inspection
Nivara Nest reserves the right to reject requests failing to meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, washed, lack original tags or packaging, are damaged through misuse, or were bought during clearance/sales cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a valid opening video. Following verification, Nivara Nest may offer replacement or refund at its discretion.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges apply only to size issues and depend on stock availability. Only one exchange per order is permitted.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a verified defect or incorrect shipment.
7. Return Shipping
Nivara Nest covers return shipping for verified defects or incorrect deliveries. Customers pay return shipping for all other approved cases.
