1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders are handled the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location. These timeframes are approximate and may shift due to courier or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Costs for shipping, when applicable, appear during the checkout process and depend on both order value and destination.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nivara Nest assumes no liability for delivery delays or failures stemming from incorrect address information.
5. Failed Deliveries
When orders are returned due to wrong addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or customer absence, re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
6. Shipping Coverage
Nivara Nest currently delivers within India only.
